Pilates Private Session

A private session is the most effective way to learn Pilates.  It is a 60 minute session that is specific to your goals and needs. The focus is on teaching you correct breathing and alignment, while you develop proficiency in technique and any personal modifications. The instructor develops a program customized to the individual client based on age, the presence of any injuries or alignment issues and fitness goals.

Private Sessions & Package Options:

*Note: 30 minute sessions are ideal for intermediate and advanced clients who are short on time and are already familiar with the Pilates essentials to utilize this short time to the maximum benefit. ( 5 private 60 minute sessions are recommended before booking a 30 minute session)

Reformer Duets: Offers two-to-one instruction.  You and a workout partner of your choice will both work with your instructor to meet your joint goals, needs and abilities.

 **Note: It is recommended that at least 3 private sessions per individual are completed before moving on to the duets, so that each participant has a solid grasp and proficiency of the technique to better optimize joint goals.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Our time together is valuable. In order to honor the commitment that each of us have made to your appointment (private lesson, class, or massage), notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment given less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for that session. (Illness reasons are excluded.) Cancellations are accepted either via our online booking system, in person, email or by phoning the Studio at 253-709-1446. These policies apply to Gift Certificate appointments as well.

•If you have a standing appointment: inconsistent attendance or repeated cancellations will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice.

•Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to our clients and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis. Keep in mind that if you register for a class or book a session we turn others away and if you don't show up they miss out.

•Duet sessions are for friends, couples or partners that would like to work out together.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a Pilate’s partner. Should one person of a Duet need to cancel (within the 24 hour cancellation policy) the other Duet participant will have the opportunity to keep the appointment at the cost of a 60 minute private session or a 30 minute private session at no additional cost.

•Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies

Refunds and Fee Structure: Payment is due at the time of booking your appointment(s). All sessions and packages must be completed prior to expiration. Expiration begins from date of package purchase and expires 6 months from date of purchase.

•You will be charged $35.00 for any check that is returned. All final sales will include 9.5% sales tax

•All sales are final. Please choose your purchases and programs carefully as we do only offer refunds for extreme circumstances, and will be considered on an individual basis.

•Ask about our Aerospace, Military, and Retiree 10% discount ( Not available on-line )
